These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shine Interior website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking a consultation, or engaging Shine Interior for any project, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shine Interior provides interior and exterior steel stud framing, ceiling framing, layout and installation, firestop drywall strips, and drywall backing and framing support services. Specific project scope, pricing and timelines will be outlined in a separate written quote or contract prior to work beginning.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes, or if unforeseen site conditions are discovered once work begins. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
A deposit is typically required to schedule and begin work, with remaining balances due at agreed milestones or upon project completion. Payment terms will be detailed in your project contract.
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to material availability, weather, permit approvals or site conditions beyond our control. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Shine Interior provides a workmanship warranty on completed renovation and installation work, with specific terms outlined in your individual project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms.
Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already scheduled or materials already ordered, will be outlined in your signed project contract.
Shine Interior is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from project delays or third-party material issues, except where required by applicable law.
